Creative Digital Design Assistant

We are looking for a Kickstarter to add to our small team of awesome MegaMarketers to help grow and develop our marketing agency into something even greater and, in turn, allow you to develop and learn workplace skills.

Who we are looking for

If your middle name is ‘digital’ and you can confidently colour between the lines while blindfolded then you could have just the talent we are looking for.

You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player with the ability to think on your feet. You have creativity deep-rooted within you; someone who is dedicated and passionate about what you do.

This vacancy is a Kickstart-Scheme vacancy with 25 hours per week, flexible between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday – to be agreed individually – on National Minimum Wage.

What you’ll do and learn

  • Shadowing our awesome MegaMarketers, designing and creating fantastic digital assets, such as websites, brandings and content assets
  • Applying what you learned, creating concepts yourself
  • Design assets and pages based on briefings and concepts
  • Reporting on your activity and success
  • Further knowledge of HTML/CSS, Elementor and InDesign

  • Self-motivated and passionate

  • A creative mindset
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, Elementor or similar and InDesign

  • You will learn about commitments towards others.
  • You will also have the chance to present yourself and your team’s work in round ups.
  • You will get a daily routine, and will be invited to join our digital office for a smooth communication process.
  • You will follow the work of the MegaMarketer you are shadowing.
  • You will gain an understanding of the importance of time management, and will get the opportunity to attend weekly sprint meetings to understand the importance of prioritisation and time management within a team.
