Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Kickstarter to add to our small team of awesome MegaMarketers to help grow and develop our marketing agency into something even greater and, in turn, allow you to develop and learn workplace skills.

Who we are looking for

You are an enthusiastic and motivated team player with the ability to think on your feet. You have creativity deep-rooted within you; someone who is dedicated and passionate about what you do.

This vacancy is a Kickstart-Scheme vacancy with 25 hours per week, flexible between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday – to be agreed individually – on National Minimum Wage.

  • All types of marketing from simple digital adverts to more complex campaigns
  • Time management and priority management
  • Client communication
  • Professional written content creation
  • Professional social media management
  • Full end-to-end campaign management
  • Project management

  • Being self-motivated
  • The ability to relate to a wide range of people and personalities
  • A passion/desire to learn
  • General interest in marketing

What you can expect from us

  • While attending the team meetings, you will learn how dependencies influence the workload and tasks that get completed within one week.
  • You will learn about commitments towards others.
  • You will also have the chance to present yourselves and their team’s work in round ups.
  • You will get an induction into the business, which will cover off how we run our project and campaigns from week to week.
  • You will get full visibility of how each member of the team manages their time.
  • You will get a daily routine, and will be invited to join our digital office for a smooth communication process.
  • You will gain an understanding of the importance of time management, and will get the opportunity to attend weekly sprint meetings to understand prioritisation and time management within a team.
