Meet KAYBE Co-Founder Christiane Baier: Celebrating Women in Tech and Marketing This International Women’s Day

This international Women's Day (and always!), we're celebrating the powerhouse women in marketing and tech. And what better example than our very own KAYBE Co-Founder - Christiane Baier. Read on to hear all about her journey into marketing and her life-long passion for tech.

For a long time, marketing and tech were seen as boys’ clubs. But times are changing, and powerhouse women like Christiane Baier are leading the charge. As co-founder of KAYBE, Christiane isn’t just shaking up the agency model – she’s proving that being both a marketing expert and a tech whizz is a game-changer. So, this International Women’s Day, we’re raising a glass (or maybe a cup of tea) to Christiane and all the incredible women in tech and marketing who are making waves.

Smashing the ‘marketing vs. tech’ myth

At just 27, Christiane co-founded KAYBE with Kris Britton, fuelled by a bold vision: to build a marketing agency that actually feels like part of the client’s team. None of that distant, cookie-cutter agency approach – KAYBE embeds itself into businesses, working alongside them like an extension of their team.

But Christiane doesn’t just do marketing. She’s the technical powerhouse behind KAYBE, managing everything from web hosting, servers, and infrastructure to data privacy and compliance, too. Yep, she’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and driving lead generation strategies. A rare combo? Absolutely. But also one that makes her an incredibly strong player.

From classroom visionary to tech and marketing innovator

Turns out, Christiane’s knack for marketing and problem-solving goes way back. Even in school, she was the go-to person for organising events, handling promotions, and making things happen. That natural creativity and strategic thinking carried through into her career, where she honed her expertise in B2B marketing, software tech, and healthcare — industries where a deep understanding of business challenges is crucial.

But what really sets her apart? Her relentless curiosity. She doesn’t just accept things at face value; she wants to know how they work. And when they don’t? She figures out how to fix them. That mindset isn’t just rare – it’s the secret sauce that’s helped her build KAYBE into what it is today.

The future is female (and tech-savvy)

Christiane’s story is more than just inspiring – it’s proof that the future of marketing and technology is diverse, innovative, and driven by so many more powerhouse women. More women than ever are stepping into leadership roles, blending creative strategy with technical expertise, and breaking down outdated industry barriers.

But, of course, there’s still work to do. Women in tech and marketing still face challenges, from gender biases to limited representation in technical roles. That’s why celebrating the Christiane Baiers of the world isn’t just about recognition – it’s about paving the way for more women to step into these spaces with confidence. And Christiane is a great believer in celebrating everyone with a genuine passion and aptitude for the two disciplines.

Celebrating women in tech and marketing

So, here’s to Christiane Baier and all the women in tech and marketing who are pushing boundaries. Whether you’re leading an agency, building websites, developing AI-powered campaigns, or running the backend of a global brand – we see you, and we appreciate you.
